1. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time — no penalties, no cancellation fees.
All MarrowMind subscriptions are set to auto-renew. You may cancel at any time before the next renewal date. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active through the end of the current paid billing period, and you will not be charged again.
How to cancel depends on where you subscribed:
📱 App Store (iOS): Open iPhone/iPad Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → select MarrowMind → tap Cancel Subscription. Apple requires cancellation at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
🤖 Google Play (Android): Open the Google Play Store app → tap your profile icon → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → select MarrowMind → Cancel subscription. Google requires cancellation at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
🌐 MarrowMind Website (Stripe): Email here-to-support@marrowmind.com with the subject "Cancellation Request" and your account email. We will cancel your subscription and confirm within 24 hours.
2. Refunds
Refund eligibility and processing depends on where you made your purchase. MarrowMind subscription charges are processed by third-party platforms — Apple, Google, or Stripe — and each platform has its own refund policy.
2.1 Apple App Store Purchases
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled exclusively by Apple. Empire Eats Games LLC does not process App Store refunds directly.
To request a refund from Apple:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find the MarrowMind charge and select "Request a Refund"
- Choose a reason and submit
Apple typically processes refund decisions within 48 hours. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy and may be issued at Apple's sole discretion.
2.2 Google Play Purchases
Refunds for Google Play purchases are handled by Google. Empire Eats Games LLC does not process Google Play refunds directly.
To request a refund from Google:
- Visit play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions
- Select your MarrowMind subscription
- Tap "Request a refund" or contact Google Play support
Google typically allows refunds within 48 hours of the initial purchase or renewal for subscriptions. Subsequent refunds are at Google's discretion per their refund policy.
2.3 Website Purchases via Stripe
For subscriptions purchased through our website (marrowmind.com), billing is managed by Stripe, Inc., our payment processor. You may request a refund directly from us.
To request a refund for a web purchase: Email here-to-support@marrowmind.com with the subject "Refund Request" within 14 days of the charge. Include your account email and the date of the charge. We will respond within 24 hours on business days.
Our refund considerations for web purchases:
- Within 14 days of first purchase: Full refund granted, no questions asked, if the service was not substantially used.
- Renewal charges: We evaluate refund requests for renewal charges on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge.
- Annual plan refunds: Pro-rated refunds may be available for annual plans within 30 days of purchase. Contact us to discuss.
- After 14 days: Refunds are at our discretion. We will always review your situation fairly, especially in cases of technical failure or billing errors.
We are required by applicable consumer protection laws to provide refunds in certain circumstances. These statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
3. Billing Errors
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or more than once, contact us immediately at here-to-support@marrowmind.com. Billing errors are treated with urgency and will be corrected promptly. We aim to resolve all billing disputes within 2 business days.
4. Free Trials
If you cancel a free trial before it ends, you will not be charged. If a free trial converts to a paid subscription and you were not aware, contact us within 7 days and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
5. What Happens After Cancellation
- You retain access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period
- Your account is downgraded to the Free tier automatically at the end of the period
- Your data (journal entries, mood history) is preserved unless you request account deletion
- You may resubscribe at any time to regain access to paid features

MarrowMind subscriptions are processed and managed by the following platforms:
