🗑️ Request Account Deletion: To delete your MarrowMind account and all associated data, email here-to-support@marrowmind.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and the email address linked to your account. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion via email. You can also delete your account directly in the app under Settings → Account → Delete Account.

How do I cancel my subscription?
For App Store subscriptions: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → MarrowMind → Cancel. For Google Play: Play Store app → Account → Subscriptions. For web subscriptions: email here-to-support@marrowmind.com.
I was charged but my subscription isn't active. What do I do?
This can happen if you purchased through the App Store or Play Store and are logging in fresh. Try restoring purchases within the app (Settings → Restore Purchases). If that doesn't work, email support with your receipt or order number.
Can I get a refund?
App Store and Play Store purchases must be refunded through Apple or Google respectively. For web purchases, contact us within 14 days of purchase. We review refund requests individually.
Is my data private? Can you see my journal entries?
Your journal entries and mood data are private and accessible only to you. Our backend staff do not access personal wellness content. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Is the AI chat a real therapist?
No. The AI chat is a wellness support tool powered by a large language model. It is not therapy, counseling, or medical advice. If you need professional mental health support, please reach out to a licensed therapist or counselor.
How do I delete my account?
In-app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. Or email here-to-support@marrowmind.com with "Account Deletion Request" as the subject. Deletion is permanent and processed within 30 days.

What's the difference between Plus and Pro?
Plus gives you 30 AI chat messages per day, advanced journaling, and grounding history — ideal for daily use. Pro adds 120 chat messages per day, a Pro resource library, and data export for power users.
